Tool for performing topographic route adjustments using least squares. The module allows solving different scenarios (closed route case, nested route case with one or two references, nested route case where the reference is one of the stations…) as well as automatic drawing of radiated points.

We are experts in geospatial developments and integrations based on CAD/GIS technology and geographic intelligence. Through R&D&I projects, from the Technology Area we focus all our activity on maximizing the potential of our clients’ spatial and textual data, for whom we create data models equipped with technology with accessibility and interoperability criteria.

Currently, in order to have new functionalities in the Mapia® geospatial data search engine and to be able to validate and load large volumes of geospatial data, we are working on the project Development of new functionalities in the geospatial data search engine.

With file number 2021/C005/00148014 and within the framework of the Red.es call for aid C005/21-ED, this project has been funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU, through the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan of the Ministry for Digital Transformation and the Civil Service of the Spanish Government.

Increasingly, city and infrastructure management entities require better tools to optimize the resources they allocate. This development project, straddling the line between Smart Cities and Electronic Administration, seeks a new evolution in the use and exploitation of geospatial data, whether structured public or new generation, which will provide us with a powerful tool to respond to the needs detected.

The main technological challenges that will be faced at the end of the project will be:

• Have a proprietary tool for third parties to validate and load geospatial data from any data model, taking into account all the necessary controls at a structural, geometric and topological level.
• Have a functionality that allows for the structured download of large volumes of data regardless of the type of source data.

From the perspective of those of us who work with geospatial data and, specifically, cartography, this journey through time that the author takes, explaining and analyzing the evolution of “the city” through different plans, is interesting.

• The Sandman, by Neil Gaiman. It is widely considered one of the most original, sophisticated and artistically ambitious graphic novel series. A classic that never goes out of style, a timeless gem that should be read by anyone who loves comics.

Eina per descarregar totes les entitats cadastrals d’una parcel·la. Utilitza una referència cadastral d’entrada per definir els elements de descàrrega. L’eina descarregarà els límits de la parcel·la, els edificis, les parts dels edificis i altres edificis o construccions.

Amb les eines de de Mapia CONNECT de Cadastre podràs fer cerques de de tot el territori ja sigui introduint la referència cadastral o seleccionant les parcel.les directament sobre la cartografia. A través d’aquesta eina podràs obtenir informació cadastral i geogràfica com les coordenades, el nombre de parcel.la, la direcció…

Accés a la seu electrònica de cadastre

Mitjançant l’eina de cerca refcad podràs, a més de visualitzar dades en text, accedir a les fotos de la parcel.la, a un entorn virtual en 3D i entrar directament a la seu electrònica del cadastre.

Gestió de WMS històrics

Carregar serveis de mapes de la DGC mitjançant WMS. L’eina permet carregar el cadastre actual o cadastres històrics. Una vegada carregats, es pot utilitzar el raster manager de Microstation per desvincular-los.
